| There are two ways for bookning; Online booknig or direct to drumlin. |

We use Citybreak Online Booking system. When clicking Online Booking you will come to Östersund Tourist & Congress where you just follow the instructions. |
| Booking direct to Drumlin |
| You can also make your booking direct to us. |
| Registration and payment for your trip should be made at least 3 weeks before the departure date. |

| Please state: The trip’s name and date, name, address, telephone number and e-mail addresses for all participants, and any allergies.
We will send you an invoice when we have received your registration.

Payment must be made within 10 days to bank giro 5412-8723.

| NB! Mark your payment with the name of the trip, the person making the payment and his/her e-mail address. |
When we have received the payment, we will send more information to the e-mail address provided. |
| NB! In order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding payment: our bank giro number is registered to Drumlin’s parent company, Rutilus Ecokonsult AB. |
| Cancellations or cancelled trips |
| For cancellations at least 3 weeks before the departure date, the fee is refunded apart from a booking fee of SEK 300. There will be no refunds for cancellations less than 3 weeks before the departure date. If the cancellation is due to illness, the entire amount will be refunded (a doctor’s certificate is necessary). Cancellations must be made in writing. |
| We reserve the right to cancel trips if there are too few participants or due to other external factors that make it impossible to carry out. The entire fee will be refunded in the event of us cancelling a trip. |
| Insurance and guarantees |
| Participants must have their own travel insurance, as well as cancellation insurance where necessary. |
